Before submitting your Membership Renewal Application, please read the Rules and Regs document. You will be asked to acknowledge and sign to the terms in the online application.

TIP: Easily search for a topic by using the "Find" command on your keyboard? Simply hold Control+F on a PC  -or- Command+F on a Mac. Then type your topic into the search window such as "Hand washing", and the document will jump to that paragraph.
